Why are the temperatures in the South Pacific feel superior to those of the northern hemisphere?
I live in New Zealand, and visitors from Europe and U.S. always amazed to see that the temperatures are much lower than they feel. Yesterday, was driving with a visitor from Germany, and noted that she continues Celsius to 16 degrees during the day now we felt more like 23 to 25 with it.
