Robben Ford
Blues lovers: What are your thoughts on Robben Ford?
BQ: What are some of your favorite songs by Robben Ford?
Robben is one of the most technical guitarists alive. The album "talk to your daughter" had a song "to help the poor" illustrating their technical ability to a T. I heard that song and his solo over and over again for hours.

Queen Live
Who did a cover of Let Me Live By Queen?
I was at a dance competition and I heard a group do this as a lyrical dance. and says The program was called "all you do is take" and was sung by a girl. However, the point I can only find is that they let me live that Queen and I wondered if a girl did a cover of the song. I've been looking everywhere!
This song was originally recorded with Rod Stewart in 1983 and was destined to be on the album works in 1984The Queen's original "Made in Heaven" version had to be changed due to copyright problems because it seemed to the song "Piece of My Heart."

Sarah Brightman
Would you recommend me of Sarah Brightman songs in the style of opera?
I love her voice when she vocalized as the end of her duet with Michael Crawford. "The Phantom the Opera." Thanks in advance. Thanks Yahoo.
Try his album "Classics" (http://www.epinions.com/review/pr-Classics_Sarah_Brightman_Music/content_407797927556 .) There are some opera arias included in that album, although it was reorganized and incorporated al. Added later - exasperation - of course, is Sarah Brightman an opera singer. But at the same time, why not the opera / classical fans appreciate the fact that you're reaching new audiences for the genre that does not have cared to give it a go otherwise? These crossover singers are not the enemy! Once people have tried their stuff and then look at the Royal Opera Other / singers classic'm sure his hearing is good enough to discern the difference and that many (if not most) will graduate to the opera in good faith / substance classic soon. And even if they do not, at least, their sponsorship is paying for the classical orchestra musicians and record companies to move forward. No damage done. We must adopt new points of entry into this genre boohooing instead of them just because they are not hardcore enough to establish the ears.

Concert From Carnegie
MALE ADVICE PLEASE !!!!!!!?
So I asked three of my friends join me for a Christmas concert at Carnegie Hall in New York! All music will be a classic. So I told my boyfriend (who is a professor of music) that I was going to Carnegie Hall to hear the 'Messiah Handel. He told me he used to sing in this event every year and that the director is his old choirmaster. So he said I would have gone if you ask. Then said, "Do you want to come" and said "No" I said, "Why not?" and he said "because you never asked" So then I asked, "Have you come if I asked you before?" and he said "probably" This is annoying me?? Do you think he has left out and that I should have asked? I do not know about you?
hi this is my best advice for you:) I say just ask if you come with you as a date if they reject your your problem, believe me, probly had no idea that used to go there every year and can not only blame himself I wonder if going to come with you and date if not then just byself go or with a friend who'll be their fault for not going with his gf just do not feel guilty:) i wish you the best of luck and happy holidays:)
The late 1950s were tough on Judy Garland, but this live recording, cut on April 23, 1961, at Carnegie Hall, would (rightfully) bring the legendary icon back into the spotlight. Live would go on to win five Grammys, be Garland's bestselling record, and confirm that, yes, on certain levels, she still had it. Her vocals are as strong as ever on these tunes, and Garland has fun with an audience obvio...

Richard Clayderman Live
Anyone have parents with interesting collections of records? things you love yourself now?
people "of my collection was decidedly unreliable. they have about 70 LP, which consist mainly of light classical music, horrors like James Last, Richard Clayderman, Julio Iglesias, Latin music salsa, merengue, cumbia, etc. (It's a little bit today materialize Beatles and Van Morrison on CD from the Spice Girls and The Kooks ...). the only ones that stood out to me as a child as I desperately ransacked their records were, abba, had compiled some things that I still get a kick out of date, the album " vivo and of poor quality "by the townspeople. I used to think that the cover has been amazing! http://static.rateyourmusic.com/album_images/s108438.jpg and Tchaikovsky 1812 overture! I and my colleagues used to sink a few and move this control, when my parents were out! who was a teammate of my father who had the gold, ZEP led, beatles, free, etc. .. temptations
My mother listened to Elvis and country western music. I have nightmares still wake to the sounds of Kenny Rogers in a morning Saturday. My father has everything from Jim Reeves to The Fine Young Cannibals (my father is 77). He is a big fan of Bob Dylan, The Rolling Stones, Deep Purple, Uriah Heep and Billy Joel and loves my music except heavy metal I listen to.
You've seen his albums advertised on UHF TV and watched him on "Late Night with David Letterman." Now, "the world's best-loved pianist" performs favorites like "Feelings," "People," "Yesterday" and "Chariots of Fire" in concert in England, St. Tropez and Paris. 75 min. Standard; Soundtrack: English Dolby Digital stereo....
This program captures the unique brand of magic that the French pianist has made his own. Spectacular concert footage from his 1990 British tour is intercut with location shots as well as an exclusive interview filmed at home in this celebration of his unique talents....

Judy Garland
Can you answer this question, Judy Garland?
Ok Judy fans. I need help! I was watching some YouTube tributes to Judy Garland. I met with this one ..... ..... http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=R8pp6Jjj1Ug can you please tell me the name of the movie at 1:23? It's been bothering me a lot! Even people commented and asked what the movie was! Thanks a bunch!
It's life begins for Andy Hardy (1941). I've never seen, but I want. There is an image fixed the clip on the book by John Fricke, Judy Garland: A Portrait in art and anecdote. That's a very nice tribute. Judy Garland is the greatest! There is also a picture that clip at the bottom of this page: http://www.andyhardyfilms.com/lbah.htm Hope this helps!
